- 2 slices pork fat or bacon
- 2 small onions, sliced
- 8 c. diced potatoes
- 3 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- 2 (No. 2) cans corn
- 8 c. milk (hot)
- 1/3 c. butter
Directions

1Heat Presto cooker and brown pork.

2Add onions and cook slightly.

3Add potatoes, water, salt and pepper.

4Close cover securely and place pressure gauge in place.

5Cook for 5 minutes with pressure up.

6Let pressure drop on its own.

7Add milk, corn and butter and reheat.

8Thicken chowder, if you like.
