- 1/4 lb. pork sausage
- 2 Tbsp. diced onion
- 3 c. milk
- 2 c. uncooked cubed potatoes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- bay leaf
- 1 (No. 2) can cream-style corn
Directions

1Break up meat and saute with onion.

2Remove and reserve. Cook milk at low temperature with potatoes and bay leaf for 20 minutes, or until potatoes are done (watch to keep from scorching).

3Add salt, pepper and corn, then sausage.

4Serve hot. Excellent with corn bread.
