Ingredients
- 4 cups of fresh corn kernels
- 3 Red New Potatoes, peeled and
- cubed small
- 1/2 bunch of cilantro chopped
- 1 jalapeno seeded, deveined
- and julienne
- 1 clove of garlic pressed
- 1/2 white onion chopped
- 1 cup of whole milk
- 1/2 cup of cultured milk (keffir)
- 3 cups of hot water
- 2 T of vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
Directions

1Heat the oil in a 5 quart pot, add the chopped onions, garlic and fresh kernels, sautee for 5 minutes and add the cubed potatoes mixed well and cooked for 5 minutes, add the water bring it to a boil and let it simmer for 20 minutes. Take one third and blend with the milk and the cultured milk, return it to the pot and simmer for 15 minutes, add the jalapeno, salt and the chopped cilantro.

2Turn off the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes, served with toasted french baguette.
