- 5 cups Drained Or Thawed Corn
- 1/2 cups Chopped Onion
- 2 cups Cubed Potatoes
- 1 stick Butter
- 1 cup Flour
- 1/2 gallons Chicken Bouillon
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
Directions

1In a stock pot, saute onion in butter until transparent. Add the corn and heat thoroughly. Add potatoes and flour, stir well. Add chicken bouillon. Bring to a boil then simmer until potatoes are done. Stir in the heavy cream and heat through. Salt and pepper to taste.
