  • 5 cups Drained Or Thawed Corn
  • 1/2 cups Chopped Onion
  • 2 cups Cubed Potatoes
  • 1 stick Butter
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1/2 gallons Chicken Bouillon
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream

Directions

    In a stock pot, saute onion in butter until transparent. Add the corn and heat thoroughly. Add potatoes and flour, stir well. Add chicken bouillon. Bring to a boil then simmer until potatoes are done. Stir in the heavy cream and heat through. Salt and pepper to taste.
