- 1 c. diced, cooked potatoes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Cook bacon until crisp in large saucepan.

2Remove bacon; pour off all but 3 tablespoons drippings.

3Add onion, separated into rings; cook until lightly browned.

4Add remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling; simmer a minute or two.

5Garnish with crumbled bacon.
