- 12 oz. Weight Watchers vanilla ice milk
- 1 c. Cool Whip
- 1 pkg. lo-cal instant chocolate pudding
- 1/4 c. crunchy peanut butter
- 3/4 c. Grape Nuts

1In large bowl, put ice milk.

2Start mixer and add next 3 ingredients in order given; blend after each.

3Add Grape Nuts.

4Put in 8 x 8-inch pan.

5Freeze (it helps to spray pan with nonstick spray).

6Cut into 8 bars.

7Each one is 1/2 fruit, 1/4 milk, 1/2 protein, 1/2 fat, 1/2 bread, 40 optional calories.
