  • medium size salt pork with rind on back
  • 5 large potatoes (10 small)
  • 2 onions
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 to 2 cans whole kernel corn
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 stick butter

    Peel and cube potatoes, about 1-inch.

    Dice onions.

    Barely cover with water.

    Cover pot and boil 15 to 20 minutes.

    Add creamed corn and whole kernel corn.

    Add milk and butter.

    Simmer for 1/2 hour.

    Do not boil.
