  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
  • 1 c. coarsely chopped salted peanuts
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted

Directions

    Prepare the mix according to package directions.

    Spread evenly in well-greased 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch jelly roll pan. Sprinkle with peanuts, cheese and garlic salt; drizzle butter over top.

    Bake at 375° about 25 minutes or until crisp and lightly browned.

    Immediately cut into squares; cool slightly and remove from pan.

    Serve warm.
