- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
- 1 c. coarsely chopped salted peanuts
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Directions

1Prepare the mix according to package directions.

2Spread evenly in well-greased 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch jelly roll pan. Sprinkle with peanuts, cheese and garlic salt; drizzle butter over top.

3Bake at 375° about 25 minutes or until crisp and lightly browned.

4Immediately cut into squares; cool slightly and remove from pan.

5Serve warm.
