- 1 c. crushed corn flakes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1/2 c. flour
- dash of pepper
- 6 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Wash chicken, pat dry.

2Mix corn flakes, flour, salt and pepper.

3Dip chicken pieces in milk, then dip and cover well with corn flake mixture.

4Melt butter in shallow pan, place skin side down in melted butter.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

6Turn chicken, bake 15 to 30 minutes more.
