- 1 cup curd
- 8 tsp besan
- 1 medium corn seeda
- 8 tsp refind oil
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1/4 tbsp cumin seeds
- 1/4 pinch heeng
- 1/2 tbsp chili flakes
- 1 liter water
Directions

1Boil the corn seeds and keep aside

2Make a smooth past by adding pinch of salt and a little heeng to the besan.Beat untill smooth and froathy

3Boil the oil in a ppan and make pakodi auy ofvthis paste.they should be soft and mouth melting.

4Take a pan, add 1tbsp oil and heeng to it.

5As it starts giving nice aroma, add the cumin seed, turmeric powder and cholli flakes to it.

6Add the boiled corn, green chilies to it and fry untill corn turn golden.

7Mix a tablespoon basean to 1cup curd and mix well.

8Add this mixture to the pan and add excess water by continuous stiring.

9Keep on stiring untill the curry starts boilin, upon boiling add salt to taste ad the prepared pakodis to it.

10Garnish with green leafs and searve hot with rice or soft chapatis.
