  • 1 pkg. or can corn
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/3 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 egg whites

Directions

    Beat egg yolks well.

    Add corn, sugar, flour, butter, milk and salt.

    Lastly, fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.

    Bake in buttered pan in moderate oven (350°) for 50 minutes.

    Better results if placed in pan of water while baking.
