- 3 egg yolks
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/3 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 egg whites
Directions

1Beat egg yolks well.

2Add corn, sugar, flour, butter, milk and salt.

3Lastly, fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.

4Bake in buttered pan in moderate oven (350°) for 50 minutes.

5Better results if placed in pan of water while baking.
