- 1 (No. 2) can cream-style corn (about 2 1/4 c.)
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. cornflake crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Combine first 4 ingredients.

2Stir in eggs.

3Scald milk and 2 tablespoons butter; add to corn mixture.

4Pour into a greased casserole and bake at 300° for 1 hour.

5Mix crumbs in 1 tablespoon butter and sprinkle on top.

6Bake until browned.
