  • 1 c. corn, drained
  • 1 pt. milk, scalded
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour

    Beat eggs.

    Add sugar gradually and continue beating.

    Add flour.

    Add slowly to scalded milk.

    Combine with 1 cup corn and salt.

    Pour into buttered baking dish and bake at 325° for about 40 minutes.
