- 1 (16 ounce) can creamed corn
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped green bell peppers
- 14 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 2 cups half-and-half cream
Directions

1Stir corn, eggs, cheese and bell pepper together.

2Combine flour, sugar and spices; add to corn mixture.

3Stir in half and half.

4Spoon into a greased 1 1/2 qt baking dish.

5Set baking dish in a deep pan and add 1 inch hot water to outer pan.

6Bake in a preheated 325 degree oven for 1 hour, 20 minutes or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
