  • 1 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 2 (4 oz.) jars pimientos, chopped
  • 2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chiles
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped jalapeno and juice
  • garlic salt to taste
  • 2 c. grated sharp or Colby-Jack cheese
