  • 2 (11 ounce) cans mexicorn
  • 1 (12 ounce) can rotel, I like hot rotel, but you can use what ever meets your taste
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bunch green onion

Directions

    Drain mexicorn and rotel.

    slice green onions.

    mix all ingredients together.

    chill for at least 4 hours.

    serve with torilla chips or Fritos.
