  • 4 whole Hotdogs
  • 1-1/2 cup Self-rising Cornmeal
  • 3/4 cups Milk
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1/4 cups Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey

    Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a muffin tin with non stick spray.

    Cut the hotdogs into thirds and place each third in a 12-count, standard sized muffin tin.

    Mix the batter by combining the remaining ingredients and pour 2 tablespoons of batter over each hotdog. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 12 muffins
