Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 3 lb. boneless pork, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 1 pkg. (16 oz.) Kluski noodles, cooked and drained
  • 1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained

Directions

    Heat oil, add meat.

    Saute over medium heat until brown, about 10 minutes.

    Stir in soups and soup mix; spoon into 13 x 9-inch pan, or casserole dish.

    Bake at 350° covered until meat is tender, about 1 hour.

    Add water if needed.

    Add noodles and sauerkraut, mix all ingredients together.

    Cover and bake another 30 minutes (about).
