  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 c. sugar or molasses (may use a 1/4 c. each)
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 c. corn flakes
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions

    Heat milk, do not boil.

    Beat egg and add other ingredients. Add milk and mix together.

    Add corn flakes and stir.

    Bake in 350° oven until silver knife comes out clean.

    Bake approximately 30 to 45 minutes.

    This recipe can easily be doubled or tripled.
