Corn Flake Pudding(Mock Indian Pudding)

- 2 to 3 c. corn flakes
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. molasses
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1/3 tsp. ginger, cinnamon or any spice you like
Directions

1Put corn flakes in a 2-quart buttered dish.

2Mix other ingredients and pour over flakes.

3Bake in a moderate oven (350°) until firm, 45 minutes to 1 hour.

4Stir top flakes down after 1/2 hour.

5Serve with cream, hard sauce or ice cream.

6It really tastes like Indian pudding, but so easy!
