- 1 c. corn kernels
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. water
Directions

1Using 2 mixing bowls, separate egg yolk in one bowl and egg white in the other bowl.

2Add to egg yolk the corn, flour, salt and water.

3Mix thoroughly.

4(Mixture should be fairly thick.) Whisk the egg white into a thick froth and add to other ingredients.

5Mix well.

6Make about 4 fritters; spoon into an oiled frypan and cook until brown on both sides.
