- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. lard (Crisco)
- 2 tsp. salt
- 6-8 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 pkg. yeast
Directions

1Stir eggs, vanilla, sugars, milk, water, and lard.

2Add 6-8 c. all-purpose flour.

3Dissolve yeast pkg. in 1/2 c. warm water and 1 Tbsp. sugar.

4Add yeast mixture to flour mixture.

5Knead together and let rise.

6After risen, roll out

7and spread butter, cinnamon, and sugar (brown or white). Roll up and slice desired amount of cinnamon rolls.

8Let rolls rise again.

9Put 1 stick of melted butter and 1 c. sugar into a baking pan.

10Place rolls into pan. Cook for 25-30 minutes at 350°.

11Cover with glaze.

12Dough will stay good in refrigerator up to 5 days.
