  • 1 can whole kernel corn, do not drain
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 egg yolks
  • pinch of salt

Directions

    Mix corn, flour, egg yolks and salt together.

    Whip egg whites and fold with corn mixture.

    Drop by spoonfuls in hot oil in frying pan.

    Brown both sides.

    Drain on paper towel.
