  • 2 ounces spinach
  • 1 large leeks
  • 4 each scallions, spring or green onions
  • 4 tablespoons parsley leaves
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1/2 pint milk
  • 1/2 pint cream

Directions

    Make the tart as in the Lobster Tart recipe, replacing the lobster with the greens, washed and shredded, but not cooked.

    Stir in the cheese before cooking.
