  • 10 to 12 Radish
  • 100 ml Vinegar
  • 100 ml Water
  • 3 to 5 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Directions

    Wash the radishes well.

    Put water, vinegar, sugar, and salt into a pot.

    Bring to a boil, and turn the heat off.

    Put the radishes and pickling juice in a jar.

    Leave for a couple of days and it's done!
