- 1 can corn
- 1 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. grated cheese
- 2 eggs
- flour or cracker crumbs (optional)
Directions

1Beat eggs and put them with all the other ingredients in a double boiler to cook.

2It should thicken a good deal, enough to be molded.

3A little flour or cracker crumbs may be added to bring this about.

4When thickened, pour about 1 inch deep into a large buttered pan.

5Cut it into strips when it cools.

6Cut the strips into shorter lengths and roll them first in egg, then in cracker crumbs and repeat the process.

7Fry in deep fat and drain.

8They melt in your mouth.
