  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 4 tbsp rice flour
  • 4 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 1 1/3 cups olive oil
  • 4 limes cut in wedges
