- 310g can corn kernels, drained
- 2 x 55g eggs
- 1/2 cup self raising flour
- 1 cup grated KRAFT* Cheddar Cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon oil
Directions

1Place corn kernels, eggs, self-raising flour and cheese into a bowl and mix well.

2Heat butter and oil in frypan and place tablespoons of corn mixture into frypan.

3Cook until golden and bubbles appear on surface.

4Turn over and cook on other side.

5Drain on absorbent paper and serve.
