  • 310g can corn kernels, drained
  • 2 x 55g eggs
  • 1/2 cup self raising flour
  • 1 cup grated KRAFT* Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Directions

    Place corn kernels, eggs, self-raising flour and cheese into a bowl and mix well.

    Heat butter and oil in frypan and place tablespoons of corn mixture into frypan.

    Cook until golden and bubbles appear on surface.

    Turn over and cook on other side.
  5. 5
    Drain on absorbent paper and serve.
