  • 3 c. water
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 can crushed corn
  • 1 c. milk

Directions

    Mix egg, sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt and flour.

    Bring water and 1 cup

    milk to a boil.

    Have batter ready.

    Drop into boiling mixture gently.

    Turn heat down.

    Dumplings go to bottom of pan (cover).

    Add butter, corn and 1 cup milk.

    Cook until warmed through.
