  • 1 c. cornmeal
  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 c. milk
  • 3 Tbsp. melted margarine
  • 1 c. cooked corn

    Combine eggs, milk, margarine and corn; add to dry ingredients, mixing well.
