  • 1 (11 oz) can creamed corn
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup non-dairy creamer

    Preheat oven to 350°. Grease 9x13 baking dish. Combine oil, flour, sugar and salt. Add

    corn, cream corn creamer and eggs and mix until well blended. Pour into pan and put pan in larger pan with 1 inch of water. Bake for 1 hour until firm.
