  • 1 c. whole corn
  • 1 c. creamed corn
  • 1 c. chopped tomatoes (fresh)
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 c. shredded cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. canned milk
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 c. yellow corn meal

    In large bowl mix together corn, tomatoes, onions, green peppers, salt, pepper, corn meal and cheese.

    Let mixture set 30 minutes.

    Preheat oven to 375°.
