Ingredients
- 12 ears tender, fresh corn
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 small fresh tomato
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 c. corn oil
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Cut kernels off and scrape all juice off of cob.

2On low fire, heat oil.

3Add onion and bell pepper; saute until tender.

4Add corn and tomato.
-
5Season to taste.

6Cook on medium-low heat for 1 1/2 hours, being careful not to scorch.

7Add very little water, if needed.
-
8When corn is almost cooked, add milk and cook down to desired thickness.
