- 1 c. corn meal
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. cold water
- 3 c. boiling water
Directions

1Combine corn meal, salt and cold water.

2Gradually pour into boiling water, stirring constantly.

3Return to boiling, stirring constantly.

4Reduce heat and cover.

5Cook over low heat 5 minutes, stirring frequently.

6Pour into loaf pan.

7Plastic wrap directly on mush will keep it from drying on top.

8Cool, then refrigerate.
