- 1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
- 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 1/2 lb. ground lamb or beef
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- slivered almonds
Directions

1Spread corn in a shallow 1 1/2-quart casserole or a 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish.

2Brown meat and garlic in a medium skillet; drain off excess fat.

3Add flour; cook and stir for 1 minute. Stir in tomato sauce, salt and cinnamon.

4Pour this over corn in dish.

5Bake for 15 minutes in a 350° oven.
