- 1 1/2 c. biscuit mix
- 1/2 c. cornmeal
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2/3 c. milk
Directions

1Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl.

2Make a well in center of mixture.

3Combine eggs and milk.

4Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.

5Spoon into greased muffin pans. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

6Makes 1 dozen. My oven only takes 17 minutes.
