Corn over Rice (Chowder?)

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs frozen corn
  • 12 cup margarine
  • 2 (12 ounce) cans evaporated milk
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 cups cooked rice (optional)

Directions

    Dump everything but the rice into a crockpot.

    Turn on high for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.

    - OR - cook on low for 4-5 hours.

    Turn down to warm until ready to serve.
  5. 5
    Serve over warm rice.
