- 3 lbs frozen corn
- 12 cup margarine
- 2 (12 ounce) cans evaporated milk
- salt and pepper
- 3 cups cooked rice (optional)
Directions

1Dump everything but the rice into a crockpot.

2Turn on high for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.

3- OR - cook on low for 4-5 hours.

4Turn down to warm until ready to serve.

5Serve over warm rice.
