- 2 (10 oz.) cans condensed oyster stew
- 1 (1 lb.) can creamed corn
- 1 (1 lb.) can whole corn
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 1/4 c. cracker crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. pimento strips
- 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
Directions

1Combine oyster stew, corn, 1 1/4 cups crumbs, egg, salt, pepper and pimentos.

2Pour into a greased 2-quart casserole dish. Combine margarine and 1/2 cup crumbs; sprinkle around edge of corn mix.

3Bake at 350° for 1 hour, until knife inserted halfway comes out clean.
