- 1 cup canned corn kernels, drained
- 2 tbsp finely chopped mint leaves
- 2 None green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice

1Bring a small saucepan of water to a boil. Cook peas 2 mins. Drain and refresh under cold running water.
