- 4 chicken thighs
- 2 chicken breasts
- 6 hard-cooked eggs
Directions

1Cook chicken; cool and save broth.

2Put half of cut corn into bottom of casserole or baking dish, then a layer of boned chicken, a layer of sliced egg, salt and pepper.

3Repeat these layers, using all ingredients.

4Pour chicken broth over all until casserole is half filled.

5Cover with pastry or biscuit dough. Bake 1 hour at 350°.
