  • 8 ears fresh corn, cut off
  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 6 hard-cooked eggs

Directions

    Cook chicken; cool and save broth.

    Put half of cut corn into bottom of casserole or baking dish, then a layer of boned chicken, a layer of sliced egg, salt and pepper.

    Repeat these layers, using all ingredients.

    Pour chicken broth over all until casserole is half filled.

    Cover with pastry or biscuit dough. Bake 1 hour at 350°.
