Ingredients

  • 1 can or 2 c. cream-style corn
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar (if desired)

Directions

    Place corn in mixing bowl.

    Stir in salt, pepper, slightly beaten eggs, milk and melted butter (also sugar if desired).

    When mixed well, pour into a greased baking dish and bake at 350° until firm.
