  • 2 c. corn (white, fresh, frozen or canned)
  • 4 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • pinch of salt

Directions

    Mix together in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.

    Place casserole in a shallow pan of water and bake at 400° for about 45 minutes or until thick and browned.

    Stir once before it thickens.
