  • 3 c. fresh or frozen corn
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 3/4 stick melted butter

Directions

    Mix, adding corn and butter last.

    Pour in greased casserole dish and cook at 450° until it begins to brown.

    Reduce heat to 300° and cook until firm, 30 to 40 minutes.
