- 5 eggs
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 pt. milk
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 1/2 qt. yellow crushed corn
Directions

1Beat eggs.

2Add cornstarch and sugar and beat again.

3Add milk and finally the corn.

4Mix well and pour into a shallow 3-quart baking dish.

5Place dish inside a larger pan filled with water. Bake at 350° for 60 to 90 minutes or until set (top is golden and a knife comes out clean).

6Allow to set before serving.
