- 3 Tbsp. butter or oleo
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 c. frozen or canned corn, drained
Directions

1Melt butter in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.

2Blend in flour, sugar and salt.

3Stir in eggs and milk.

4Blend well.

5Cover.

6Microwave on Power level 7 for 12 to 15 minutes.

7When done, center will be barely set.

8Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

9You may add 3/4 cup butter flavored cracker crumbs sprinkled over the top before baking.
