  • 1 16 oz. can of corn, drained
  • 3 T. flour
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3 T. butter, melted
  • Milk

Directions

    Combine all ingredients, except milk, in a microwave dish. Add enough milk to cover.

    Don't cover with lid.

    Bake in microwave on high for 10 minutes.

    Stir as it cooks.
