  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic chive, minced
  • 4 1/2 c. fresh corn kernels (approximately 6 ears) or frozen, thawed
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 egg whites
  • 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • pepper (optional)
  • pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1 c. whipping cream
  • 1 c. half and half

    Melt butter in heavy, medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and onion and saute until tender, approximately 5 minutes.
