- 4 1/2 c. fresh corn kernels (approximately 6 ears) or frozen, thawed
- 3 eggs
- 3 egg whites
- 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 Tbsp. sugar or to taste
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- pepper (optional)
- pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 1 c. half and half
Directions

1Melt butter in heavy, medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and onion and saute until tender, approximately 5 minutes.
