  • 1 c. milk (half and half)
  • 2 tsp. butter or margarine
  • 2 tsp. flour
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • pepper to taste (black pepper)

Directions

    Use sweet corn.

    Add milk, butter or margarine, flour, salt and sugar.

    Beat eggs until light.

    Add to the mixture.

    Pour in buttered baking dish and bake at 350° for 1 hour or until firm like a custard.
