  • 4-5 ears fresh corn husked
  • 2 c milk
  • 1/2 c yellow cornmeal
  • 1/2 t coarse salt
  • 2 T whipping cream

    Grate kernels in grater. In a large saucepan combine milk, cornmeal and salt and stir over low heat. Add cream and blend in corn.
