- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 3/4 cup milk
- 3 cups corn
- 3 eggs
Directions

1Melt butter in saucepan; blend in flour, sugar and nutmeg. Stir until smooth (do not brown). Add milk; cook until thick.

2Stir in corn. Add eggs beaten until frothy. Pour into buttered shallow 1 1/2 qt. casserole set in pan containing 1 inch hot water. Bake at 350 until set about 45 minutes.
